I often get asked by younger female colleagues how I managed to create a happy family whilst scaling up my dental business. It wasn't easy, I can tell you that but I know exactly how you can make it work while not losing yourself on the way. That is my mission. Sometimes you just need someone to bounce ideas off and I'd love to be that person for you!

Being a dentist takes a lot out of you

Dentists are constantly making quick decisions on a high responsibility level. Our patients often bring a lot of fear and high expectations with them, what doesn't make it any easier. To add to that we have employees who also have needs and demands. I often wished for someone who understood what I was going through at work. A quick WhatsApp of a call would have been a great help sometimes.
