There comes a point in a woman’s life when success is no longer the question.

Alignment is.

Founder, Fully Seen

Rebecca Komischke brings together medical literacy, entrepreneurial leadership, and deep structural identity work into a precise and integrated approach to second-half recalibration.

Her work is not reactive.
It is architectural.

Background

Rebecca’s professional path began in dentistry and advanced into leadership and business ownership.

She has built, led, carried, and sustained.

Over time, her focus shifted from performance metrics to the deeper mechanisms that govern sustainable power:

• Stress physiology
• Hormonal recalibration in midlife
• Psychosomatic integration
• Identity beyond role
• Structural life design

She understands both the external demands of leadership and the internal cost of sustained intensity.

Fully Seen emerged from that intersection.

Philosophy

Rebecca does not believe in burning lives down.

She believes in redesigning them consciously.

Her work is guided by three principles:

Safety — transformation without destabilization
Depth — intellectual and psychological rigor
Belonging — high-caliber women in contained spaces

She works with women who have already proven their competence and are now ready to evolve their architecture of power.

The Work

Rebecca’s approach integrates:

Executive-level identity work
Nervous system regulation
Hormonal literacy and midlife physiology
Strategic decision architecture
Relational and energetic alignment

Her methodology is structured, discreet, and grounded.

There is no performance inside Fully Seen.

Only precision.

Personal Note

Rebecca believes the second half of life is not about diminishing intensity.

It is about integrating it.

Fully Seen exists for women who no longer wish to choose between power and coherence.
